We agree the scope and price in writing before starting. The set-up fee is payable before the site goes live.

Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice at any time.

Your domain is registered in your name. Once the set-up fee is paid, the site and its content belong to you.

We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee search rankings or a set number of calls.
